Meinl Percussion Microphone Clamp Drum Set (MPMDS)
The Meinl Percussion Microphone Clamp Drum Set (MPMDS) is a comprehensive, space-saving hardware solution designed for precise microphone placement around drum kits and percussion setups. Crafted from durable black powder-coated steel, these heavy-duty clamps attach directly to drum rims, eliminating the need for bulky, floor-standing microphone tripods and significantly reducing gigging gear weight.
This complete drum set pack includes four rim clamps (RIMCLAMP-2), four straight flexible microphone rods (MC-MR1-S), one bass drum microphone rod (MC-MRBD), and a set of five counter nuts (MRCN5). By securing directly to hoops and hardware, the MPMDS ensures consistent microphone alignment, cleaner stage aesthetics, and efficient teardowns in live or studio environments.
