Wuhan 11-inch Western Series Linear Crash Cymbal — B20 Bronze Alloy, Pentagonal Design & Fast Effect Trash
Designed to deliver unique acoustic properties and bold visual flair, the Wuhan 11-inch Western Series Linear Crash Cymbal offers drummers an unconventional effect cymbal that stands apart from standard round crashes. Handcrafted from genuine B20 bronze alloy, this 11-inch crash features a distinct 5-sided pentagonal geometry that disrupts traditional vibrational patterns, producing a fast, explosive, trashy bite with rapid decay.
By combining hand-hammered B20 bronze craftsmanship with flat-edge linear geometry, the Linear Crash speaks instantly with a sharp attack and complex, white-noise overtones similar to a hybrid between a splash and a mini China cymbal. Whether used for rapid accent fills, stack setups, or genre-bending percussion colors, it provides an expressive sonic texture at an accessible price point.
Key Features
- Unique 5-Sided Pentagonal Shape: Linear flat-edge geometry alters vibration decay across the bow, yielding a trashy, aggressive bite and immediate response.
- Hand-Cast B20 Bronze Alloy: Made using 80% copper and 20% tin for rich harmonic depth, musical warmth, and long-term structural durability.
- Fast Attack & Rapid Decay: Compact 11-inch diameter speaks instantly with minimal sustain, making it ideal for tight accents that get out of the way quickly.
- Hybrid Effect Character: Bridges the gap between a splash, a mini China, and an FX crash—perfect for progressive rock, fusion, pop, and modern worship setups.
- Great for Stacking: The flat sides and compact profile make it an exceptional candidate for layering on top of or underneath other cymbals to build custom stack effects.
- Traditional Hand-Hammered Finish: Fully lathed bow with hand-hammered patterning maintains classic acoustic warmth despite its unconventional shape.
