Meinl Stick & Brush Dirk Verbeuren Signature Drumstick (SB623)
The Meinl Dirk Verbeuren Signature Drumstick (SB623) was engineered in collaboration with Megadeth drummer Dirk Verbeuren to meet the exacting demands of high-speed thrash, extreme metal, and intense studio performances. Built with a heavy weight classification and a full-bodied 0.610" (15.5 mm) diameter, this stick delivers maximum power, punch, and structural resilience without compromising control or balance.
Crafted in Germany from select American hickory, the SB623 features a versatile medium taper that yields an even, natural rebound across the drum kit. A round wood tip produces a sharp, highly focused attack on drumheads and a crisp, articulate bell and ride cymbal ping that cuts effortlessly through wall-of-sound guitar mixes.
