Meinl SB624 Signature Drumstick - Ramon Montagner

Meinl Stick & Brush Ramon Montagner Signature Drumstick (SB624)

The Meinl Ramon Montagner Signature Drumstick (SB624) was developed in close collaboration with renowned Brazilian drummer Ramon Montagner, celebrated for his high-speed independence, groove, and technical articulation. Based on the HD2 model, this stick bridges the robust feel and substantial grip of a concert drumstick with the agility and balance required for modern drum set playing.

Crafted in Germany from select American hickory, the SB624 features a beefy 0.630" (16 mm) diameter paired with a long taper. This design shifts the center of gravity back toward the player's hand, delivering an exceptionally fast rebound, effortless balance, and fluid response for complex ghost notes and rapid rudimental work. Its barrel-shaped wood tip produces a warm, full-bodied cymbal response with clear stick definition and rich ride presence.
