Meinl Stick & Brush Waxed 2B American Hickory Drumsticks (SB703) — Natural Wax Grip Finish, Acorn Wood Tip & Maximum Heavyweight Power
Designed for power drummers who need maximum leverage, extreme durability, and non-slip handling under intense performance conditions, the Meinl Stick & Brush Waxed 2B Drumsticks (SB703) deliver heavy-hitting acoustic output. Crafted in Germany from premium American Hickory, these sticks feature a specialized, lightweight natural wax finish that responds to body heat, providing a tacky, reliable grip that prevents slippage without relying on heavy rubber coatings or textured wraps.
Featuring the thickest standard profile in the lineup (16.25" / 413 mm length and 0.625" / 15.9 mm diameter), the SB703 provides maximum structural mass for heavy rock, hard rock, metal, and marching/marching-style applications. Equipped with a classic acorn wood tip, these sticks produce deep, punchy tom and snare fundamentals alongside clear, cutting cymbal articulation that pierces through high-volume stage mixes.
